No artistic skills or background are required in art therapy. The focus is on curiosity and exploration—all you need is an openness to experiment and play with a new means of expression. At times, I may guide and support your use of materials. It’s also important to note that engaging in art-making is optional and not required in every session.

The timeline for seeing results in therapy can vary from person to person, depending on your unique goals, challenges, and the pace at which we work together. Some clients begin to notice shifts relatively quickly, while for others, it may take more time to process deeper emotions and experiences. The important thing is that therapy is a gradual process, and progress is made through consistent engagement and reflection. Together, we’ll track your journey and assess what’s working for you along the way.
